Shaped by years of ski racing and coaching, I bring high energy, strong drive, and a get-things-done mentality into everything I do. I have 2+ years in people management, 6+ years in digital marketing, 3+ years experience in tech sales and consultancy: always at the intersection of technology, creativity, and strategy. 

From working at TikTok to launching my own venture and consulting clients, I’ve built a 360° perspective on marketing and sales. I don’t stay on the surface; I dive into structures, processes and execution. I’m passionate about emerging technologies, especially AI, and I actively apply them to drive clarity, efficiency and growth.

Since 2022, I have been working as a Client Solutions Manager at TikTok, leading some of the company’s most strategic accounts across Tech, Commerce, and Retail in DACH and Europe. 

I started by co-building TikTok’s Tech vertical across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, initially owning the full client portfolio before moving into exclusive leadership of the largest key account as the main revenue driver. Today, I lead strategic business partnerships across Samsung, JBL, BSH, and additional European and global accounts, driving full-funnel growth strategies, commerce acceleration, and executive-level commercial partnerships.

My role combines revenue ownership, product innovation, and strategic advisory. I develop integrated marketing and monetization strategies across brand, performance, creator ecosystems, LIVE, and TikTok Shop, while working closely with C-level stakeholders, internal leadership teams, and cross-functional partners across Product, Creative, Measurement, and Sales.

Beyond client leadership, I have been recognized internally for building scalable commercial solutions, leading alpha and beta innovation projects, and translating early-stage product opportunities into repeatable go-to-market strategies across multiple markets.

I also drive leadership initiatives beyond my core role, including people development, organizational leadership, and diversity programs, with a strong focus on preparing senior individual contributors for future leadership responsibilities.

Tech Vertical Build & Strategic Client Leadership

Co-built TikTok’s Tech vertical across DACH, initially leading all strategic Tech partnerships before taking exclusive ownership of the #1 key account as the main revenue driver. Built C-level partnerships with leading creator partner agencies across Europe, establishing creator-led monetization as a core growth lever. Developed scalable strategies across micro, macro, and top-tier creators based on both qualitative and quantitative performance frameworks.

TikTok Shop Full-Funnel Leadership

Designed and executed a full-funnel TikTok Shop strategy with creator partners, driving 1,000+ product sales within one week for a premium consumer electronics brand while delivering positive ROI across a 10-day Black Week activation.

Published and scaled strategic case studies such as TV Goes Social, Scroll to Store, and offline sales impact frameworks, demonstrating measurable online-to-offline business impact, including an eightfold increase in on-site foot traffic and significant offline sales lift.

Founder

As Founder of CareConsulting365, I built and led a healthcare-focused consulting business from concept to execution, owning the full strategic, operational, and commercial setup end-to-end.

I was responsible for business development, market positioning, client acquisition, and the day-to-day management of the company, translating an initial idea into a functioning consulting business with a clear industry focus and sustainable operating model.

Over two years, I recruited, built, and led a small all-female team, taking full ownership of hiring, leadership, and continuous development. I directly coached and managed two team members throughout the entire period, shaping both their professional growth and the overall team structure.

This experience significantly strengthened my entrepreneurial mindset, leadership capabilities, and resilience, while deepening my understanding of consulting frameworks, business building, and strategic execution within the healthcare sector.
